Tiny words follow the threads of a dishevelled cord in this meditation. The three strands are fastened in a sacred bond. The text was written around 1000 BC by King Solomon, and reads –
“Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labour: if either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no want to help them up. Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can anyone keep warm alone? Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.” Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
The fine art print is signed and is the exact size of the original work — 1:1
The print is portrait A3 in size (29.7cm x 42cm / 11.7" x 16.5"). When framing this print an A3 or larger frame would work well. It would also look great in a 50 cm (20″) square frame with a white mount.
