Heather is a local of the beautiful city of Edinburgh. Born across the seas to a wonderfully adventurous Isle-of-Lewis lady who met her love in a South African farmer/theologian in Cape Town, she began her delight in art, painting proteas at the kitchen table.
Moving to Edinburgh in 1982 she finds constant inspiration in the historic and beautiful town.
She has two main areas of focus in life. One is teaching and the other art, each discipline brings life to the other.
